• Prices are shown in USD unless indicated. Promotional pricing and inventory are subject to change.
• We may limit quantities, refuse, or cancel orders (e.g., suspected fraud, pricing error, export restriction).
• Product visuals may vary by batch and do not affect function.
• Mining performance can vary by silicon, tuning, cooling, and firmware configuration.

• Crypto payments: a unique address and a 30-minute price lock may be provided at checkout. Buyer pays network fees.
• Send the exact amount to the provided address. Under/overpayments or late payments may delay processing.
• Other methods (e.g., cards or stablecoins) may be available as shown at checkout.

• Express shipping is included to most destinations. ETAs are estimates; delays can occur.
• Risk of loss passes on delivery to the address provided. Ensure your address is accurate.
• Customs, duties, or import taxes (if applicable) are the buyer’s responsibility unless stated otherwise.
• Delivery protection: see Support for lost/damaged procedures and required photos.

Our return windows, eligibility, and process are outlined on the Refunds page. Start a request via Support. Keep original packaging until your case is closed.

• Coverage is described on product pages and/or in your order details.
• For DOA/faulty cases, provide photos, a description, and steps tried. We may offer replacement, repair, or refund per policy.
• Misuse, unauthorized modification, or physical damage may void coverage.

• Mining profitability and network conditions can change. We do not guarantee earnings or ROI.
• To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the affected order.

• Do not use products or services for unlawful purposes or in violation of export controls/sanctions.
• Operate devices per specs; ensure adequate cooling and power. Avoid unsafe environments.
